Inducted in: 2014	Glenn Smedly Mr. Smedley was a founder of the SPMC and is considered by some to be the father of the SPMC. He led a group in the early 1960s to form the society. He is member #3 and Honorary Life Member #3. He served as president from 1969-1971; treasurer 1961-1965 and governor 1964-1977. He also served as the awards chairman in 1970 and nominating chairman in 1969.
Inducted in: 2014	Chester Krause Mr. Krause was SPMC member #9 and was named an Honorary Life Member in 2006. He was the recipient of a president's award in 2002 and the Nathan Gold Memorial award in 1989. In 1952, he formed Krause publications and began publishing Numismatic News.
Inducted in: 2014	Peter Wesley Huntoon Renowned researcher and author, Mr. Huntoon holds SPMC member #662. He was awarded an honorary life membership in 2016. He specializes in researching federal records pertaining to currency issues at the U. S. National Archives and Bureau of Engraving and Printing certified proofs of U. S. currency that are housed in the National Numismatic Collections in the Smithsonian Institution.
Inducted in: 2014	Ruth W. Hill Ms. Hill was an American numismatist who specialized in the collection of historical banknotes from around the world.
Inducted in: 2014	John Thomas Hickman Mr. Hickman was SPMC member #1590. He was the recipient of the Nathan Gold Memorial Award in 1983 and 1995. He was named a Numismatic Ambassador in 1983. He co-wrote the Standard Catalog of National Banknotes that was published in 1982. Was a partner with Dean Oakes in Hickman & Oakes auctions, presenting 44 auctions. He served as curator of the Higgins Museum for a time.
Inducted in: 2014	Gene Hessler Mr. Hessler holds SPMC member #3157, life member #100 and honorary life member #10. He served the society as governor from 1987-2001 and editor of Paper Money from 1984-1998. He also served as awards committee chair in 1996 and publications committee chair in 1992-1993.
Inducted in: 2014	Nathan Goldstein Mr. Goldstein was SPMC member #133. He served as governor from 1964-1973. He was a member of the member recruitment committee 1969-1970. He received an SPMC president's Award of Merit in 1967 and 1973 and the recuritment award in 1965, 1966 and 1970. The SPMC named their recruitment award the Nathan Goldstein award in honor of his efforts.
Inducted in: 2014	Nathan Gold A pioneer in the field of paper money research, the SPMC named its highest award for service in honor of Mr. Nathan Gold.
Inducted in: 2014	Robert Friedberg Mr. Friedberg has been called the "man who brought coin collecting to your local department store." Author of Paper Money of the United States which debuted in 1953 which is still published today with sons Arthur and Ira as co-editors. He was one of the founders of the Capital Coin Company and the Coin & Currency Institute.
Inducted in: 2014	William Donlon Mr. Donlon held SPMC membership #74 and honorary member #4. He served the society as vice-president from 1963-1969; governor 1964-1966 and 1967-1971 and chairman of the nominating committee in 1965. He received an Outstanding Service award in 1965, a president's award of merit in 1968 and the Nathan Gold Memorial award in 1966.
